Testimonials from Our Valued Medical Providers

OccDocOne has transformed the onboarding of new providers through a structured, organized, and detailed training platform. The training with OccDocOne emphasized consistency whenever possible that the same provider could bring to the patient plan. Without OccDocOne the treatment plans were varied and referred out to a specialist when treatment could have taken place in house with revenue producing results.
Barbara Chambers, MBA – Director of Operations, Mercy Urgent Care
Dr. Koehler’s QuickCheck guidelines have been a game-changer for our clinic. Overnight, our providers were able to improve their Occ Med skills which have enabled us to consistently grow and retain our employer client base. By implementing the principles we grew our OCC med department by 300 percent in one year and it continues to grow!
Erik Soiferman D.O. – Founder and Medical Director Liberty Urgent Care Horsham
Our clinic has used Dr. Koehler’s guidelines now since opening and have found them exceedingly helpful as we grow our Occ Med practice. The providers find them user friendly, concise and to the point. Much appreciated!

I know that OccDocOne will give me, as well as all our providers, the ability to learn new techniques and reinforce our knowledge base. It’s all about Tricks of the Trade, feeling confident, and giving your patients the best care possible. I am certain OccDocOne will alleviate a lot of uncertainty in decision and treatment options, thus increasing the comfort level for our providers to practice confidently.
Lance Fudickar, PA – Director of Advanced Practice Practitioners
This website is absolutely ESSENTIAL for any true facility who wants to provide true occupational medicine, rather than just saying that they provide it. This is true urgent care and occupational medicine in its simplest form with very easy to follow links, instructions, and care plans. The videos are amazing and having them embedded right into the plans of care for easy viewing when it’s needed is perfect.
Erik Soiferman, DO, MBA, FACOI, FACP
I have found this site to be informative, user-friendly, quick reference with a little humor to add in the newest occ-med website! Dr. Koehler brings a refreshing update to occ-med that accommodates the fast-paced needs of urgent care and hospital medicine

My favorite thing about OccDocOne is that it gives specific work restrictions, especially for back injury. Also tells how to treat conditions in a way that keeps it from becoming an OSHA reportable. The software guides providers to refer patients to physical or occupational therapy. The software allows standardization if all providers are using the product.
Sarah Gaskin, PA
The comprehensive content is beyond any product we have seen and it walks the provider through a very thorough evaluation of the injury. The videos that are embedded into each section allow for the provider and clinical team to view the appropriate use and placement of correct durable medical equipment.
